I offer a Once-off Online 1-hour Consultation & Starting Plan. Prior to our consultation you will be asked to complete a nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire which I will provide you with.
During this call, we will discuss your goals and your current nutrition and lifestyle habits. Following on from this call, you will receive your bespoke nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation plan.
If you have a strong grasp of your own nutrition, but just need some guidance in the right direction – then this is for you.
After you have received the starting plan and if you do decide that you want to start nutrition coaching with me; then you will receive €50 off your first month (i.e. You pay €149 for your first month instead of €199).
